So it’s been a long time coming, but Kensington Realty has finally gone live to provide our clients with better tools to find homes, sell a home or find the value of their current home. Much like the other real estate companies, we also provide a map. Our map uses an IDX from RMLS to give you an up to date status of the house you’re interested in seeing. I can’t tell you how many times I get clients saying they need to see a house now only to have me look it up on RMLS and it’s pending, or worse, SOLD. Follow our map and you’ll increase your chances of finding your home and we’ll get it sold for you!
How does it work?
Click on the button for buying a home and enter your search criteria. You can search by price, location, bedrooms, bathrooms and more. The interactive map will show you available homes in descending order of when they went on the market and are currently active. The reason is because most people want the newest homes on the market! You can than give me a call and we will send gladly show you your dream home as soon as possible.
