Joe Fernald

Bio

I graduated from Washington State University in 03′ with a degree in Advertising and Marketing. After moving to Vancouver, WA and falling in love with the city, I began working for Pacific Lifestyle Homes in their Marketing Department. I soon realized I would love to sell and manage homes myself. Kensington Realty is named after the Kensington district of England for it’s unique charm, history and great architecture. I’ve always had a love for England. My wife and I had our first baby last June. We considered naming her Kensington, but we had a boy and named him Kingston.

I love helping first time home buyers, and getting the best deals in town. I hope to help you too!
